Pellera Technologies is experiencing explosive growth and is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to uncover and win new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships. The role involves executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project proposals and execution.ResponsibilitiesExecute sales strategy by identifying and qualifying customer needs and positioning the appropriate solutionsIncrease sales, market share and develop business through marketing, face to face meetings and vendor networkingUnderstanding of customersโ€™ pain points, customer needs, buying cycles and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat businessWork with sales support team to ensure that quotes are provided and order requests are processed accuratelyWork with engineering team to accurately scope projects to ensure we are proposing the best solutionMaintain relationships with all levels of customer contacts, with a focus on Executive level (Director and above) relationships within both IT and the business line ownersPerform proposal development and prepare sales information for customersParticipate in on-going sales training to ensure satisfactory performance, improve sales skills, stay abreast on emerging technologies, and maintain manufacturer sales certificationsParticipate in company efforts to improve the quality of sales organizationOther duties as assignedSkillsPrevious enterprise selling experience with a Value Added Reseller, Managed Service Provider or IntegratorProven success in closing large, complex IT opportunitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent sales and consultative skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment7+ years of technology sales experience and industry knowledge with a solid understanding of business and operational needs across various industriesExperience selling technologies such as Dell, IBM, HPE, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Nvidia, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Zscaler, Arctic Wolf, etcExperience selling managed, professional and advisory services around cloud, storage, network infrastructure, artificial intelligence, integrations, migrations, full-cycle implementations, cybersecurity, etcExperience building and maintaining client executive relationships in the technology realmRemote within the Southwest region of the United States (Los Angeles, Irvine or San Diego preferred)BenefitsBase salaryUncapped commissionHealthcare benefits401k matchPTO/holidayTraining/developmentPromotional opportunityCompany OverviewPellera Technologies is an information technology company that offers cloud, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and managed services.
