As a Principal Content Strategist for the AI training for marketers initiative, you will lead the content strategy and execution to create structured learning experiences that empower marketers to work with AI.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the joint content strategy for the AI for marketers program across Experience League and supporting platforms, partnering closely with the marketing content lead to align on roadmap, formats, and learner outcomesOwn the curriculum architecture and content roadmap for Experience League, developing micro-learning and AI workflow-based content that drives engagement and measurable skill-buildingOversee the full content creation process, managing contributors, subject matter experts, and authors while maintaining instructional quality and brand standardsAuthor select content directly while enabling and guiding a broader creator network to complete at scalePublish and manage content on Experience League according to program timelines, benchmarks, and evolving business and audience needsSkillsProven experience in instructional design and curriculum development, with a strong grasp of adult learning and micro-learning principlesTrack record defining and delivering content strategy in a cross-functional environment, balancing creative vision with operational rigorExperience leading through influence across organizational or partner boundaries, driving alignment without direct authorityExperience creating or overseeing AI-related educational content, workflow guides, or practitioner-focused learning programsStrong project management skills with the ability to run complex content pipelines from strategy through to publishingExcellent cross-functional communication skills; comfortable aligning collaborators across product, marketing, content, and partner teams around a unified content visionBenefitsCertain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).Company OverviewAdobe is a software company that provides its users with digital marketing and media solutions.
