This role involves developing new performance metrics, driving data-driven decision making, and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance. Responsibilities • Develop and implement new metrics aligned to business inputs and hypotheses • Build comprehensive measurement frameworks to track business performance • Drive data-driven decision making across multiple stakeholders • Design and maintain P0 dashboards for key business metrics • Lead the design and development of analytical tools and dashboards • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent measurement and reporting • Oversee creation and maintenance of key performance indicators • Manage and optimize performance tracking systems • Track and analyze business performance metrics • Provide actionable insights to redirect team efforts • Serve as the primary voice for performance analytics internally Skills • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) • Experience communicating results to senior leadership • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams • Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives Benefits • Equity • Sign-on payments • Medical • Financial • Other forms of compensation Company Overview • Amazon is a tech firm with a focus on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
