They are seeking a Principal Business Analyst to shape and advance their customer management strategy through rigorous analytics and collaboration across various departments.ResponsibilitiesPackage quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, concise business cases to influence leadership and drive real outcomesLeverage a combination of data, technology and customer-back thinking to deliver key initiatives that enable our customers and our business to succeedWork closely with partners across Product, Credit, Finance, Engineering and Operations to understand the current state and identify opportunities to improve economics, customer experience, risk, and efficiencyContinuously analyze current business and operational data and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
