They are seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect to lead AI strategy, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing AI programs from discovery to delivery.ResponsibilitiesLeading discovery workshops to identify high-value AI and Machine Learning opportunitiesDefining, shaping and delivering AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)Designing and developing Generative AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI and hybrid architecturesBuilding scalable AI applications using Azure, AWS or Google Cloud AI services, Large Language Models, vector databases and modern AI frameworksDeveloping AI solutions integrated with cloud data platforms including Snowflake and DatabricksWorking closely with engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutionsPresenting demonstrations and solution roadmaps to both technical and executive stakeholdersRunning AI strategy workshops with business leaders and client teamsTranslating complex technical concepts into clear commercial outcomes and measurable ROIDeveloping reusable AI accelerators, frameworks and reference architecturesPromoting responsible AI adoption, governance and best practice across client engagementsContributing to technical thought leadership through demonstrations, workshops and enablement contentSkillsExtensive experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutionsExperience operating at Director, Principal or equivalent level within client-facing environmentsA background in consulting, professional services or technology advisoryStrong experience with at least one hyperscale cloud platform - Azure, AWS or Google CloudProven expertise designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutionsExperience developing Agentic AI applications and modern AI workflowsStrong knowledge of Snowflake and/or DatabricksExperience delivering client-facing AI PoCs and taking solutions into productionPrevious experience in Healthcare or Life SciencesA strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 13485 and ISO 42001The ability to translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutionsA solid understanding of the strengths and trade-offs between open-source and commercial Large Language ModelsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to travel to client sites across the US, with occasional international travelHealthcare interoperability standards including FHIR and HL7Healthcare integrations such as TEFCA, eRx or ClearinghousesVector databases and LLM fine-tuningAI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic KernelResponsible AI, model governance and explainabilityCreating technical enablement content, demonstrations or thought leadershipBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionGenerous holiday allowanceFlexible working arrangementsOngoing professional development and access to emerging AI technologiesComprehensive BenefitsCompany OverviewAt EMBS Technology, we are dedicated to building elite talent pools across seven specialised technology practice areas.
