They are seeking a Pre-Sales Coordinator to manage project proposals, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate quotations for playground projects.ResponsibilitiesCreate proposals for outdoor playground and fitness projects, including products, installation, surfacing, and site workAnalyze project requirements from sales and define the Scope of Work for each projectRequest pricing information for various items and services, from installers and third-party suppliersWorking with site plans to determine the correct quantity of materials neededCoordinate the quotation and design submission to the sales professionals and customersCreate final quotes using the Navision ERP system, ensuring accurate data (e.g. cost, prices, and margins)Manage projects and accurate data in Navision ERP and MS Dynamics CRMSupport Sales Representatives and colleagues with ad hoc tasksSkillsHigh school or equivalent with 1+ years of related work experienceExcellent project coordination skills with strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize work effectively, both independently and in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Manage projects and accurate data in Navision ERP and MS Dynamics CRMPreferred experience working with pricing and/or calculating marginsPreferred experience working in an ERP system (NAV2016 or similar) and/or a CRMBenefitsComprehensive medical, vision, and dental plansEmployer-paid life and disability insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchCompetitive PTO and robust holiday scheduleCompany OverviewAt KOMPAN Group, we see ourselves as a large international community full of energetic activities and professional playfulness.
