[Remote] Power Solutions Project Manager

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Power Solutions Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple large-scale power deployment projects across Amazon’s fulfillment network. This role involves managing end-to-end execution of concurrent projects spanning utility upgrades, generator installations, and air permitting across multiple states.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of multiple power infrastructure projectsManage schedules, budgets, risks, and executive reportingOversee switchgear procurement, vendor coordination, and delivery trackingHandle air permitting and regulatory compliance across jurisdictionsCoordinate utilities, contractors, and internal engineering teamsEnsure compliance with Amazon technical standards, NEC, and NFPASupport commissioning, testing, and site energization activitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Energy Systems, or related field7+ years in power infrastructure, electrical systems, or utility-scale projectsExperience managing 10+ concurrent projectsStrong knowledge of switchgear, transformers, and generator systemsExperience with utility coordination and air permitting processesProven vendor and contractor management experienceWillingness to travel up to 50% within the U.SExperience with Amazon or large industrial/logistics facilitiesPMP / PE certificationExperience with CEQA and natural gas systemsOSHA 30 certificationCompany OverviewWe’re Harvey Nash, and we build amazing technology and digital teams.
