[Remote] Power BI Architect with AI Integration (Healthcare Domain)

Dataquad Inc. is seeking a Senior Agile Reporting Architect with deep expertise in Power BI and AI-powered reporting solutions to help a client define and implement an advanced reporting architecture. The ideal candidate will design and build AI-driven dashboards and metrics that capture Agile team maturity, productivity, and performance trends through prompt engineering and intelligent data modeling. Responsibilities • Architect and develop scalable BI solutions using Power BI, integrating data from multiple enterprise sources (e.g., Azure SQL, APIs, Jira, DevOps, Confluence). • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine reporting containers (e.g., databases, data lakes, operational systems) for structured and unstructured Agile delivery data. • Build frameworks to capture Agile team productivity, maturity, and velocity metrics. • Utilize AI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Fabric Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Synapse ML) to enhance reporting outputs with natural language insights, predictive indicators, and user-driven prompts. • Leverage prompt engineering techniques to translate business questions into AI-readable queries and dynamic visualizations. • Ensure data governance, lineage tracking, and KPI standardization across reports. • Define data models, ETL pipelines, and visual layer logic to ensure clean, timely, and explainable output. • Partner with Agile teams to refine KPIs like sprint throughput, lead time, blockers, and team health using AI-enhanced patterns. • Train internal resources on best practices around AI reporting, data integration, and metric-based Agile maturity measurement. Skills • BI/reporting architecture and development roles, with deep Power BI experience. • Demonstrated experience architecting AI-infused reporting solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot, Power Automate), Azure OpenAI, Synapse Analytics, or similar. • Strong experience with data integration, ETL, and building semantic models across complex enterprise data sources. • Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and metrics for tracking team performance. • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, M language, and data transformation best practices. • Experience applying prompt engineering for dashboard personalization or intelligent insight generation. • Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements translation skills. • Experience with AI observability tools and reporting on DevOps/Agile maturity. • Familiarity with Agile tool ecosystems (e.g., Jira, ADO, Rally) and APIs for extracting team data. • Exposure to containerized data environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks). • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, AI model explainability, or predictive analytics dashboards.
