Your Role:
Engage with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, providing solutions and support on a variety of topics
Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing critical thinking and creative solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, think critically, and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
Must be able to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license
