Responsibilities:
 Accurately input and sustain data across multiple database systems.
 Interpret, verify, compile, and sort received data and source documents before entering them into the system.
 Keep an organized record of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
 Deliver basic troubleshooting assistance and propose solutions for issues related to data, ensuring smooth operations.
 Adhere to company protocols to safeguard confidential customer information.
 Utilize various skills including 'Accounting Software Systems', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CRM', 'Epic Software', 'ERP Solutions', 'About Time', 'Answering Inbound Calls', 'Billing Functions', 'Check Processing', 'Claim Administration', 'JavaScript', 'Application Coding'.
Qualifications:
 Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
 Experience with ADP - Financial Services
 Ability to effectively utilize CRM tools
 Familiarity with Epic Software
 Knowledgeable in ERP Solutions
 Proficiency in using About Time software
 Able to manage Answering Inbound Calls
 Capable of performing Billing Functions
 Experience in Check Processing
 Skillful in Claim Administration
 Must have basic JavaScript knowledge
 Experience in Application Coding
Compensation
$16.63-$19.25 Hourly
