Required Skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 A proactive and positive mindset with a strong desire to learn and advance in the recruitment field.
 Ability to work independently while effectively managing time in a remote setting.
 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
