Responsibilities
รย Prepares, inputs and supports claimant profiles in pharmacy network.

รย Assists pharmacies in adjudication of claimant medications.
,
รย Coordinates and liaises with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits.
,
รย Supports client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data.
,
รย Manages and updates client and claimant information in multiple systems.
,
รย Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications.
,
รย Adjusts to changing processes and needs of various clients.
,
รย Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
รย 3 years related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

รย Proficient in the use of computers and multiple software systems.
,
รย Experienced in Microsoft Office.
,
รย Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions.
,
รย Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette.
