Experienced Administrative Assistant – Mortgage Division Support

**Responsibilities and Duties**

As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you will be responsible for:

* Assisting in processing weekly sales, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
* Sending out welcome packages and other related clerical duties associated with sales
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
* Providing exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Performing various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
* Maintaining a high level of organization, productivity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1 year of office experience in a similar role, preferably in the mortgage industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
* Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
* Familiarity with mortgage industry software and systems
* Certification in a related field, such as mortgage banking or real estate
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
