Requirements
 Proven experience in customer service or related fields
 Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
 Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
 Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
 Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
 Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
PAY RATE: $19.21 - $31.42 Hourly
 Proven experience in customer service or related fields
 Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
 Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
