Responsibilities:
Β Provide expert advice on insurance products and services tailored to clients' needs.
Β Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Β Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Β Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Β Assist clients with the application process, policy changes, and claims.
Β Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and company offerings.
Qualifications:
Β High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Β Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, but not required.
Β Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Β Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Β Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software.
Β Currently licensed in Property & Casualty
