ΓΒ Assist in promoting community initiatives and programs.

ΓΒ Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
ΓΒ Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in utilities or public services.
ΓΒ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
ΓΒ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
ΓΒ Ability to work independently while being a team player.
ΓΒ Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
