The Sales Support Representative is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You will be responsible for qualifying and keeping track of incoming leads, using our internal CRM System. This individual will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and answering all the questions flowing from the chats, calls, voicemails, website, phone calls etc. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Responsibilities:
รย Work with Lead Distributor and Account Executives to ensure leads are evaluated according to qualification criteria
รย Provide Support to sales agents and respond to customer and prospect queries
รย Calling on open leads to qualify if they are still interested
รย Stay up to date with new products and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board
รย Work within the internal CRM to ensure updates in the system
รย Maintain regular contact with prospective customers/leads/accounts
รย Learn the product to become a product expert
รย Learn the system and become a system expert
Experience Required:
รย 3+ years' experience as a sales support specialist or sales support associate
รย Excellent customer service skills
รย In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
รย Expert data entry skills specializing in accuracy
รย Strong organizational and project management skills
รย Hands on experience with CRM systems
รย Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic Office programs
รย Self-motivated individual, strong work ethic, optimistic disposition, team player
Education/Licenses/Certification/Formal Training:
รย High School Diploma required
รย College Degree preferred
