 Gather customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation.
 Provide summarized interactions based on customer requirements for client assessment.
Required Skills
 Excellent customer service capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
 Strong decision-making and analytical skills are essential.
 Competence in typing, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred).
 Basic proficiency in internet navigation and window-based computer applications.
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications
 Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, though not mandatory.
