[Remote] Plex Financial Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Venteon is seeking a senior Plex Manufacturing Finance and ERP Implementation Consultant to support a multi-entity SAP-to-Plex migration across Europe and North America. This role involves bridging Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure accurate system configuration and successful adoption of Plex in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport SAP-to-Plex migration activities across multiple manufacturing and finance entitiesAssist with manufacturing costing setup, validation, and testingAnalyze and resolve inventory, cost accounting, and financial data discrepanciesReview and validate standard costing methodologies, overhead allocations, inventory valuation, and purchasing varianceSupport SCAR reporting setup, validation, troubleshooting, and user adoptionAssist with vendor master data review, cleanup, governance, and process controlSupport chart of accounts mapping, financial reporting, and statutory reporting requirementsParticipate in data migration planning, validation, reconciliation, and testing effortsWork directly with plant controllers, cost accountants, finance teams, and operational leadership to define and document business requirementsFacilitate user acceptance testing, issue resolution, process documentation, and end user trainingIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices based on prior Plex implementation experienceServe as a trusted advisor during implementation and post go live stabilization activitiesSkills7+ years of Plex ERP experienceMultiple Plex implementation, rollout, or migration projects within manufacturing environmentsStrong manufacturing finance and cost accounting backgroundExperience supporting inventory valuation, standard costing, variance analysis, and month end close activitiesExperience working with purchasing, inventory control, supply chain, and production teamsExperience supporting data migration and ERP conversionsAbility to work independently with both business and technical stakeholdersStrong communication, training, and problem-solving skillsSAP to Plex migration experienceAutomotive or industrial manufacturing experienceExperience supporting European manufacturing operationsKnowledge of SCAR reporting and quality processesExperience with multi-site or multi-country ERP deploymentsFamiliarity with US GAAP and international manufacturing accounting practicesCompany OverviewVenteon specializes in recruitment, staffing and business consulting services.
