Position Overview
Coast Injury Medicine is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide remote vestibular rehabilitation therapy for patients with TBI via telehealth. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment while delivering specialized neurorehabilitation care from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide telehealth-based vestibular rehabilitation for patients with TBI
• Evaluate and treat dizziness, balance deficits, visual-vestibular dysfunction, and post-concussive symptoms
• Create individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with Coast Injury Medicine’s medical providers and mental health team
Qualifications
• Active Washington State license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) (required)
• Experience treating TBI and vestibular conditions (required)
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth visits
