[Remote] Pharmacy Technician Care Advocate (MTM & Adherence)

The Pharmacy Technician Care Advocate role supports the clinical team by collaborating with prescribers and beneficiaries to ensure appropriate drug selection and resolve medication-related issues. Responsibilities Provide medication therapy management (MTM) via triage of inbound calls, monitor prescriber responses, and support pharmacist completion of Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) Communicate with network pharmacies, prescribers, and beneficiaries to deliver MTM services Document and record services in databases/software to ensure compliance with CMS requirements Support drug utilization review (DUR) initiatives through meeting preparation, letter campaigns, and telephonic outreach Assist with basic data analytics, intervention tracking, and preparation for regulatory audits related to overutilization programs Perform other duties as assigned Comply with all policies and standards Skills High School diploma or GED required 0-1 year experience in pharmacy operations within managed care, hospitals, or retail environments Ability to work remotely within the US Training required from 10am to 7pm Eastern Time for the first two weeks and two additional days Work schedule 11am to 8pm Monday through Friday in applicant's own time zone, no exceptions Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and/or Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or another language highly preferred Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance 401K and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible work options including remote, hybrid, field, or office schedules Company Overview RemoteHunter is your dedicated AI job search assistant, turning the job hunt from a slow, individual effort into a quicker, smarter, and guided experience by streamlining each step of the process and speeding up your path to the right career opportunities.
