Crumdale Specialty is a diversified insurance firm providing custom, self-funded healthcare solutions to a limited distribution network of brokers, consultants, and agents nationwide. The PBM/Pharmacy focused Account Manager will handle day-to-day relationships with clients, troubleshoot requests, and collaborate with multiple partners to find client solutions.ResponsibilitiesInteract with internal Crumdale associates to support client strategy and initiativesCoordinate client and internal team meetingsAssist PBM Strategic Account Executives with implementation tasks to ensure a smooth transition of clients from other organizationsPrepare and provide clients with performance reports; present when applicableUse critical thinking skills to proactively manage client issuesDocument and triage client-related issues/escalationsEscalate high-priority items to the management teamBuild relationships with brokers, consultants, TPA and employersProactively provide follow-ups and feedback to brokers/consultants and clientsComplete assigned tasks and projects according to appropriate timelines agreed upon with client and internal stakeholdersSkillsClient customer service experience with ability to build trust and establish meaningful relationshipsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsIndividual should possess strong project management skillsMust be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to manage to strict deadlinesSelf-starter who can thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial startup environmentDeep-rooted knowledge of the PBM industry and current industry trendsKnowledge of PBM contracts, pricing, clinical/financial programs and trend managementStrong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills within a client relationship management setting with internal and external partiesFundamental knowledge of pharmacy, market trends and competitive landscape, with an ability to assess and consider these factors when developing solutionsSolid understanding of health and welfare benefits claims processing and claims payment administrationExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable and poised in any setting from small face-to-face meetings to large conference-like presentationsEffectively build trust and establish meaningful relationships within clients, vendors and internal departmentsSolid financial acumen, with an understanding of marketplace economicsCollaborate with C-suite & internal and external partners (e.g. brokers, TPAs, Employers, PBMs, partners and Crumdale)Independent critical thinker with strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a collaborative group settingSolid organizational skills and must be able to adhere to strict deadlinesMust be able to demonstrate integrity and a commitment to valuesProficient with MS Office suiteWorking knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Citrix SharePointBenefitsMedicalTelemedicineDentalVisionLife, AD&D, Disability401(k)Flexible Time-offCompany OverviewCrumdale Specialty is an insurance firm providing custom and self-funded healthcare solutions.
