**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Pharmacy Support Role, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately and efficiently entering patient data into our computer system, including medication orders, dosages, and payment information
* Verifying patient information and medication orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Communicating with patients, physicians, and insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies or issues
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and careerzynith's policies and procedures
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
* 6 months of experience with Windows-Based applications, including Microsoft Office and email
* Strong keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience working as a pharmacy technician
* 3 months of experience handling and resolving customer complaints via phone
* Experience with medical billing, coding, and other clinical support roles
* Strong customer service skills and experience working in an office environment
* 1 year of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound customer service
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
