[Remote] Performance Tester - Remote USA

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Culinovo is seeking an experienced Performance Tester for a remote position in the US. The role involves designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize system performance and reliability. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner. • Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports and bottleneck analysis. • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify performance goals and KPIs. • Tune application and infrastructure configurations to optimize performance. • Participate in performance test planning, scripting, execution, and defect triage meetings. • Recommend solutions for performance improvements and best practices. Skills • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing. • Strong expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner tools. • Experience with end-to-end performance testing lifecycle. • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • US Citizens and Green Card Holders only. • Must be willing to work on our W2 (No C2C or 1099). • Knowledge of APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) is a plus.
