Senior Risk Management Systems Analyst
Job Description: • Responsible for daily Tier 1 & 2 Operational and User support for Risk Management Info Systems • Support the Risk Systems Manager and Chief Risk Officer on technical initiatives • Assist the Risk Systems Manager and Chief Risk Officer with Project and Organizational Change Management • Develop training materials and conduct internal and external training sessions • Support the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation • Work with Finance and IT departments to maintain cross-functional related systems and processes • Involvement in additional duties and projects as needed Requirements: • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Excellent project management skills • Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years’ related experience in IT Support or legal admin • Experience in a medium-to-large law firm preferred but not required • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience troubleshooting Enterprise-level systems such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc. • Experience with ediscovery systems such as Relativity is a strong plus.
