[Remote] Payroll Compliance Analyst II

The Payroll Compliance Analyst II will manage payroll calculations, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and collective bargaining requirements while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes, processes, and reconciles payroll data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance, while meeting contracted deadlines to avoid late fees and penaltiesReviews and interprets contract information to ensure clear understanding of compliance requirements and deadlinesIdentify, investigate, and resolve complex payroll discrepancies Prepare, review, and submit complex payroll reports in accordance with federal, state, and contractual requirements.
