Remote Payroll Administrator - Flexible Schedule

Job Responsibilities:
Process fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
Manage all new employee onboarding, including setting up payroll, terminations, salary adjustments, direct deposit, and W-4 forms.
Review and verify source documents and payroll segments for accuracy.
Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies.
Provide excellent customer service support to employees.
Prepare manual checks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as depicted by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Must pass a background check.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll processing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Ultipro is highly desirable.
