Cognizant is seeking a Patient Customer Service Representative - Collections to assist clients' customers with outstanding balance accounts while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves handling inbound calls, managing patient disputes, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and TCPA guidelines.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls as a representative of the hospital to arrange debt repayment based on the patient's financial situation and client repayment guidelines, using credit card, check, or obtained insurance.
