[Remote] Data Analyst III - Operations

They are seeking a Data Analyst III to support the Operations team by building data visualizations, predictive models, and conducting statistical analyses to optimize processes and drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Operations data function by building data visualizations, automated reporting tools, dashboards, and presentationsBuild predictive models to manage call center growth needsProduce statistical analyses to identify areas for process optimization and measure intervention impactsMaintain and develop operational metrics and define core metrics to measure the impact of enhancements, monitor risks, and drive revenue growthConduct exploratory data analysis to understand call center behavior, trends, and areas of opportunityAcquire and clean data from multiple sources, build pipelines, and schedule queries and data refreshesCoordinate research requests with internal and external stakeholders and provide deliverables in a timely mannerConduct new client onboard opportunity analyses to prioritize development effortsWork with stakeholders to scope new project requests and measure successSkillsBachelor's or Master's in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience4+ years of experience working with large datasets using SQL3+ years of experience using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query M for reporting and data visualizationProficiency with Python and/or RExperience building data pipelines via Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, AWS, or an equivalentAbility to connect to multiple data sourcesAbility to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environmentMust be extremely collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguityAbility to quickly learn new concepts and productsAttention to detail with ability to think strategicallyExcellent communication, writing, and presentation skillsPayments experienceInsurance experienceFabric machine learning toolsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceA 401(k) planA strong commitment to work-life balancePromoting opportunities for career advancementCompany OverviewWe understand how paramount the customer experience is to a carrier's success.
