[Remote] Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator will enhance the patient experience by supporting healthcare providers, driving service improvements, and establishing operational foundations for a digital sleep clinic. Responsibilities Shape the patient experience from start to finish Support healthcare providers and answer patient inquiries Own key aspects of service delivery Drive improvements based on real patient feedback Help create the operational foundation for a fast-growing digital sleep clinic Skills Previous experience in a patient/customer facing role Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other healthcare database systems Confidence navigating digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment Ability to work autonomously while interacting effectively with healthcare providers, sleep specialists, and external partners Foundational understanding of billing processes and durable medical equipment (DME) A genuine commitment to deliver high-quality patient care and contributing to better access and patient outcomes Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare experience Strong understanding of healthcare insurances and referral processes High level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs as you strive to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey Benefits Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match 20 days PTO + 10 paid holidays + sick leave FREE One Medical membership Internet reimbursement Company Overview Most people with sleep disorders never get treated.
