Key Responsibilities:

Answer a high volume of calls (75+ calls/shift) using a multi-line phone, providing top-notch patient support and scheduling appointments for multiple clinical sites
Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into our practice management system with precision and accuracy
Document call activity, outcomes, and other notes as needed in our client system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
Report complex clinical issues to supervisors or client partners, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex situations with ease
Assist callers in navigating resources and provide empathetic support, making a positive impact on patients' lives

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with ease
Strong internet speed and reliable access to a router via Ethernet cord (minimum 20mbps download and 6mbps upload)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Reliable and consistent attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting performance standards


Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare experience, with knowledge of EMR systems and scheduling software (Cerner EMR experience a plus)
Call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional patient support
Ability to multi-task and navigate complex systems with ease
