Merchant Services New Verticals Team Lead
About the position
As a Merchant Services Team Lead at DoorDash, you will oversee a team dedicated to building and maintaining Merchant Catalogs. This role focuses on leading a motivated team to ensure customer success and operational efficiency, while also providing backend and customer-facing support to internal sales teams. You will report to the Merchant Services Updates or Launch Supervisor and will be expected to work in a hybrid model once offices reopen.
Responsibilities
Ā Lead a team of motivated individuals focused on customer success to deliver on operational KPIs.

Ā Support your team by being present and approachable, answering questions, hosting biweekly 1-on-1 and team meetings, and providing real-time feedback.

Ā Assess and establish goals for individuals and the broader team.

Ā Coordinate daily workflow within the team and adjust resources to meet service level agreements with the business.

Ā Improve on existing processes and workflows.
,
Ā Develop impactful projects and report on performance.

Ā Work with other partners to ensure the success of the team.

Ā Operate as a Subject Matter Expert by creating, distributing, and presenting performance reports to identify trends and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Ā Experience in operations, customer service, or other relevant fields.

Ā Proficient understanding of Salesforce and Google Sheets.

Ā Ability to motivate a team, set and achieve targets, and manage career growth and performance.

Ā Comfortable making tough decisions balancing quality and quantity.

Ā Ability to manage multiple project deadlines and shifting priorities.
