REMOTE PATIENT ACCESS COORDINATOR EMPLOYEE position $18-$30 PER HOUR POTENTIAL! DESCRIPTION: Assist patients via phone for registration and scheduling of appointments in a Clinical environment within an EMR. IMMEDIATE OPENINGS: · Starting at $18 per hour with quick growth opportunities to $20-30 per hr as productivity increases · Work 30 hours – accrue PTO!! · Orientation period to learn Client requirements PAID o Hands on Orientation and support to help achieve maximum productivity · 25 hours per week minimum required, but with productivity, up to 37.5 hrs is an option! · Hours between 8 am and 8 pm EST and 5 hrs day minimum requirement o Orientation Hours – 4 hrs per day (between 9 am and 5 pm EST) x maximum 10 days. Then choice of hours is yours! RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist patients via phone · Registration and Scheduling patient appointments · Messages to physicians MANDATORY EXPERIENCE · Minimum 1 year experience – EPIC PREFERRED but other EMR experience acceptable · Must have managed patient access calls and/or scheduling in a clinical environment such as call centers, practices, facility/hospital settings · Looking for MOTIVATED dedicated employees who want to work daily Monday through Friday to make as much money as they can! · Comprehensive knowledge of Medical Terminology · Experience answering multi line phones IDEAL CANDIDATAES: · Bilingual (Spanish) experience a PLUS but all experience accepted · EMR EPIC experience a PLUS but all EMRS acceptable · Phone software provided · Must have Computer (no chromebooks or tablets).
