They are seeking a Partnerships Associate to manage and scale a partner ecosystem, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency within the team.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day operations for our specialty media network partner book — tag requests, onboarding, troubleshooting, and follow-upsKeep nothing from falling through the cracks — chase outstanding items, track deliverables, and hold partners accountable to commitmentsMaintain accurate CRM usage (HubSpot) to track partner pipeline, revenue, and relationship status across 35+ platform partnersBuild and own the partnership revenue tracker — log actuals, flag trends, and surface risks before they become problemsSupport QBR prep and partner business reviews — data pulls, deck organization, and post-meeting follow-throughCoordinate with product and CS teams on active integrations and launches, keeping timelines honest and blockers visibleBuild the playbooks, onboarding guides, and process documentation that allow the team to scaleHelp push partners toward self-serve where appropriate, and flag where a managed service model makes more senseSupport new platform integrations — building project plans, tracking demand, and managing logisticsSkillsBachelor's degree requiredProficiency in Google workspace and Microsoft Office1–3 years of experience in ad tech, media, or a partnerships/operations role — or a strong internship track record in a related fieldYou are ridiculously organized.
