We are a growing company in the real estate sector dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and smooth client experiences. As part of our commitment, we’re expanding our support team and looking for an entry-level Chat & Email Support Representative (Live Chat Specialist) to help us deliver timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities
β€’ Respond promptly to client inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.
β€’ Assist clients with questions related to listings, property details, appointments, and general company information.
β€’ Provide accurate information, resolve issues, or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
β€’ Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in the database.
β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
β€’ Uphold company standards of service and confidentiality always.

Requirements
β€’ High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred).
β€’ Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or support roles is a plus, but not required.
β€’ Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and attention to detail.
β€’ Ability to multitask while handling multiple conversations at once.
β€’ Comfort using chat tools, email systems, and CRM software.
β€’ Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
