[Remote] Partner Marketing Specialist

The Partner Marketing Specialist role supports the Partner Marketing team by managing event logistics, campaign operations, and cross-functional coordination within the broader marketing team, contributing to the organization’s growth through the smooth execution of marketing events and campaigns. Responsibilities Manage event logistics for Partner Marketing events, including swag shipments, calendar invites, campaign creation, QR codes, and raffle forms Maintain accurate event documentation and logistics details Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build, QA, and schedule emails in Marketo and Splash Create event assets such as landing pages, banners, graphics, and social media images using templates Manage Salesforce campaign creation, updates, and maintain naming conventions, status, budget, and engagement Handle list load processes for post-event lead uploads ensuring correct statuses, notes, and routing Coordinate with Partner Marketing and Social Media teams on event-related social media content scheduling and alignment Manage Webflow to promote events by publishing landing pages and tracking content versions Provide logistical and operational support to cross-functional teams including Channel, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and EMEA Field Marketing Track and complete tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder updates Communicate key deliverables and updates via Slack and Asana Skills 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support (including internships or agency experience) Strong attention to detail and time management Proactive self-starter able to manage multiple deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication Willingness to travel up to 10% Understanding of event planning and marketing campaign workflows Ability to follow templates, processes, and naming conventions consistently Troubleshooting skills with ability to escalate when needed Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Adaptability to changing priorities with a positive, team-focused attitude High ownership and accountability Enthusiasm for learning and growth in fast-paced environments Solution-oriented mindset with willingness to perform all necessary tasks Ambition to advance to more senior marketing roles over time Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, and Slack Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana Experience with social media publishing tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and graphic creation/resizing using Figma or similar tools Benefits Remote work with office setup reimbursement Competitive salary Unlimited paid time off Paid holidays and sick leave Health, vision, and dental insurance Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Company Overview RemoteHunter is your dedicated AI job search assistant, turning the job hunt from a slow, individual effort into a quicker, smarter, and guided experience by streamlining each step of the process and speeding up your path to the right career opportunities.
