Support Specialist, Client Services

The Client Services Support Specialist will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll be the go-to support for our Client Services team, making sure every detail is handled with care and accuracy. Your day-to-day might include: Setting up new client initiations quickly and correctly (first impressions matter!) Tackling administrative tasks like data entry and document uploads that keep things moving Preparing and double-checking relocation and assignment cost projections Creating, reviewing, and updating reports for both clients and vendors Performing quality assurance audits to keep relocating employee files in tip-top shape Managing the Elo inbox — answering routine questions and solving the trickier ones, too Spotting opportunities for process improvements and helping us enhance the customer experience Showing up consistently and reliably, because your presence makes a difference ✨ No two days are the same — and that’s exactly what keeps this role exciting!
