[Remote] Partner Account Manager

They are seeking a Partner Account Manager responsible for growing their partner ecosystem in North America, collaborating closely with the sales team, and executing joint business plans with partners.ResponsibilitiesBuild and strengthen the partner bench by recruiting high-potential partners and developing existing ones into consistent revenue producersWork in close collaboration with the sales team to align on active opportunities, support deal cycles and accelerate partner pipeline contributionBuild and execute joint business plan with partners (Solution Providers, SIs, VARs)Plan and execute partner-focused campaigns, co-sell motion, and demand generationAct as partner’s advocate internally; coordinating with sales, sales engineers, and marketingForecast, track, and report partner growth and performanceSkills5+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, or strategic account managementCentrally located near a major metro hub with easy access to partners and public transportation, enabling regular in-person engagementTechnical aptitude, able to understand integration architecture, APIs, cybersecurityExcellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skillsAbility and willingness to travel; ~25% travel expectedExperience in working with partners in cloud, CDN, infrastructure, or cybersecurity domain is a PLUSBenefitsFully remote position (US-based) with the flexibility to work from anywhere in+ $500 stipend to help you set up your ideal home workspace.Health Benefits: We offer medical, dental, & vision insurance options to keep you feeling your best.A $100 annual allowance is provided for a leisure activity of your choice in Sports.Professional Development: #Weaimhigh is part of our DNA, therefore we have invested in an internal Learning and Development platform and offer the opportunity to request additional training and support via your manager.Events & Team building: #We care and we have fun!
