They are seeking a Senior Deployment Solutions Architect to deploy prospecting approaches across target accounts, partnering with Account Executives to build quality opportunities for Workday deployment sales.ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential customers and share Mercer value messagingDiscover the needs of the prospect and their organizationSupport Account Executives through email, phone calls, presentations, social selling, and face-to-face eventsChampion the relationship between the account and the Mercer teamCreate project timeline, scope, and costingWork with Mercer cross teams to develop and support collaborative approach solutionsRationalize the approach with the client and mitigate roadblocksSupport all initiatives in the creation of the Statement of WorkSkillsBachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional or industry-specific experience within the Workday ecosystem or similar software, which can include full-time employment, part-time roles, or internshipsDirect experience selling Workday implementation/deployment engagements (project-based services), including scoping, pricing, and contracting deployment programsMust be business level in English (both written and verbal)Live within the central region of the United StatesHighly motivated, tenacious, self-starterAbility to hold a resourceful and significant, executive-level conversationsDetail oriented and strong organizational skillsBilingual in Spanish (written and spoken)Knowledge of Workday product lines and ability to speak confidently about the day to day activities and using industry terminologyBenefitsPerformance-based incentivesHealth and welfare benefitsTuition assistance401K savings and other retirement programsEmployee assistance programsCompany OverviewThis LinkedIn page is closed.
