What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master or leading Agile teams
- Security clearance required
- Bachelor's degree
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience with data gathering and creating reports using common office automation tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with projects utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework
- Ability to verbally demonstrate applied principles of the Scrum Master role
- Experience in working with various stakeholders for backlog refinement
