Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal part-time role, you will be responsible for:
Ā Delivering engaging virtual and hands-on training sessions focused on occupant protection safety, utilizing our comprehensive curriculum and training resources.
Ā Encouraging participant engagement and evaluating the effectiveness of each educational session.
Ā Representing our organization during both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring proper management of supporting materials and records.
Ā Participating in evaluations of courses and trainers to help enhance our educational offerings.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
Ā Certification as a U.S.-certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).
Ā A thorough understanding of child passenger safety, occupant protection systems, crash dynamics, and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS).
Ā Experience working with underserved communities.
Ā The ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
Ā Strong leadership qualities and professionalism.
Qualifications
