In this role, you will:
Ā Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
Ā Conduct legal research and investigate facts to support casework
Ā Monitor and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations
Ā Manage and organize client information
Qualifications:
Ā Current enrollment in a J.D. program preferred
Ā Familiarity with Virginia administrative law and/or disability law a plus
Ā Good research and writing skills
Work Schedule:
Ā Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours (5-15 hours per week over 2-4 months)
Ā Maintain open communication by providing daily work updates
Ā Attend weekly team meetings to stay connected and informed
Compensation:
Ā Competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 based on experience
