As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in creating a world-class customer experience for Amazon customers. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
?? High school diploma or equivalent.
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?? Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
?? Self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
?? Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
