[Remote] Talent Manager - Social Media Creators

In this role, you will manage relationships with a roster of creators, pitch brand partnerships, negotiate deals, and stay updated on industry trends.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with your own roster of social media creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)Identify and pitch brand and music partnershipsNegotiate deals, contracts, and collaboration agreementsStay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry newsCoordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams as neededSkills1–2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator relations, or salesStrong understanding of the social media creator landscapeExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable with doing lots of outreach to creators and brandsSelf-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
