Key Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles is an asset.
Fast and accurate typing skills (45+ WPM preferred).
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and general computer literacy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow internal data policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and verify data in online systems.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
Assist with digital administrative tasks such as email support or internal logs.
Collaborate with team leads on reporting and task status.
Communicate promptly via chat or video when necessary.
Meet all weekly productivity and quality expectations.
