Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Intern, you will be responsible for:


Providing administrative support to the Operations team, including scheduling, vendor follow-up, and project management
Assisting with report writing, data analysis, and deadline management
Developing and maintaining accurate records and databases
Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, and clients via phone, email, and video conferencing
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new ideas and processes


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:


Be currently enrolled in a relevant college or university program or have recently graduated (focus on languages preferred)
Have a strong, private internet connection
Be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during our East Coast operational hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm)
Be located in the US (for tax purposes), international candidates will NOT be considered


Essential Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency with remote platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Self-motivated and driven


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:


Experience in operations management or a related field
Knowledge of project management tools and software
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Fluency in multiple languages
