[Remote] Part-Time Corporate Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vaco by Highspring is partnering with a client to hire a part-time recruiter for a fully remote contract position. The role will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, focusing on HR, Sales, C-suite, and some technical positions.ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding supportPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profilesSource and attract qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channelsConduct phone and video screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring teams through selection decisionsPrepare and extend offers in collaboration with HR and business stakeholdersMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking systemEnsure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting processSupport hiring initiatives related to growth, backfills, and priority roles as neededSkills2+ years of recruiting experienceStrong sourcing and screening skillsAbility to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced settingProficiency with applicant tracking systems and job posting platformsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teamsHigh attention to detail and sense of urgencyBenefitsMay also be eligible for discretionary bonusesCan participate in medical, dental, and vision benefitsCompany's 401(k) retirement planCompany OverviewVaco is the Talent Solutions division of Highspring, a leading global professional services organization.
