Sales Rep - Work from Home
As a Sales Representative you will drive the sales efforts of our new cloud healthcare products. You will engage in outbound + inbound focused sales and marketing efforts to potential clients. You develop and manage your own sales pipeline, appointments, and contract negotiations. Leads are provided by a variety of marketing efforts, existing client upgrades, and our lead development team.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Ā Fielding inbound + Outbound calls.
Ā Initiating contact with leads via phone call and email to qualify, present our product, and close a sale.
Ā Managing the sales process from lead to close.
Ā Continuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data in Salesforce (CRM).
Ā Identifying, qualifying & maximizing sales opportunities.
Ā Negotiating contracts
Ā Executing Consensus' sales methodology to investigate and identify customers needs and determine solutions.
Ā Achieving monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
Ā (Required) Minimum of three years sales experience
Ā Salesforce experience and or comparable CRM
Ā Knowledge and experience with Excel.
Ā Experience with Zoom or comparable video calls platform.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone or email.
Ā You must be competitive, organized, self-motivated and have a desire for career advancement.
Ā Ability to quickly learn and understand all aspects of new products, technologies, and offerings.
Ā Experience delivering web presentations to individuals as well as groups at the management and executive level.

Ā Background check will be required.
Ā Webcam meetings required during training and other meetings.

Ā MacBook or Chromebook or a Windows PC with Windows 10 or higher (no tablets)
Ā Laptops are okay, but a mouse is required
Ā USB headset with noise-canceling microphone required (no Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack)
Ā Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari installed as a browser
Ā High-Speed Internet ( 10 Mbps download /10 Mbps upload)
Ā Recommended hardwired into the internet via ethernet cable for faster speeds
Ā Processor: semi-recent multi-core processors; Intel i3 6300 / AMD R5 1600 recommended
Ā RAM: 4+ Gb recommended
Rate:
Hourly position of $15.00 with opportunity of commission.
Schedule:
Set Schedule for Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm PST and 10am-6:30pm EST.
There will be one week of initial paid training with the same schedule.
