[Remote] Part-Time Administrative Assistant (remote) / RBT (in-person)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Full Spectrum is a growing ABA agency dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. They are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who will primarily support the team remotely and also serve as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in person, making this a unique hybrid role. Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the clinical team • Manage schedules, session coverage, and staff communications • Assist with documentation, data entry, and file organization • Support client intake, insurance paperwork, and HR onboarding tasks • Assist with billing through the clearinghouse • Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision • Collect accurate data and maintain client safety and engagement • Communicate with the supervising BCBA about client progress and session notes Skills • Prior administrative experience required (ABA admin experience is a plus!) • ATLEAST 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in ABA or special education settings • RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days • Broward county public school badge or willingness to obtain within 30 days • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Reliable, professional, and comfortable shifting between admin and clinical duties • Must have reliable transportation for therapy assignments • Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits • Flexible schedule Company Overview • Full Spectrum Software is a software company which provides software solutions to healthcare industry.
