[Remote] Workday Configuration Analyst – Advanced Compensation & Benefits

They are seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst who will provide Tier 2 functional support for the Workday system, resolving complex issues and supporting HR systems in a multi-divisional environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules to meet business requirementsProvide Tier 2 functional support for Workday, addressing and resolving user issues and inquiriesTroubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to Workday modules such as HCM, Recruit, Compensation, Talent and Learning with a strong focus on Advanced Comp and Benefit module supportCollaborate with Tier 1 support, IT, HR COEs, and other groups to advance and resolve issues as requiredConduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of issuesParticipate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and functionalitiesMaintain documentation of support activities, issue resolutions, and system configurationsStay updated on the latest Workday updates, industry trends, and standard methodologies to provide informed support and recommendationsAdheres to the defined processes and procedures as well as the company's policiesPerforms other tasks assigned by the direct manager or management, in connection with the responsibilities of the position or compliance with the lawSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in Workday functional support or a similar roleStrong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Recruit, Compensation, Benefits, Talent and LearningExperience with system configuration, testing, and implementationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and technical teamsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a global and extremely fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skillsAuthorization to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
